3. The third layer, Content Management Guides and Policies, defines content processing rules on an operational basis. It offers a translation of the Orientations and Standards, faithfully describing the specific requirements of lines of business and corporate services. The Guides state the roles and responsibilities and provide a global vision; they ensure a quick and effective access to Content Management rules and procedures.
