Implementation Planning

At this stage of implementation planning, solution deployment plans and schedules are developed from the perspective of translating business objectives to a value proposition. The implementation plan is a step-by-step deployment procedure that delivers a smooth transition to minimize user impact.

Solution Production Staging

Solution development is followed by the test deployment environment which is built to ensure quality and to deploy the solution in conformance with solution deployment requirements. Deployment in the production environment is conducted and monitored in stages, and fine tuned to the specifications of the implementation plan.

Successful user acceptance testing concludes the development of the solution, leading to this phase where solution software and hardware components are installed and delivered in the production environment. To ensure the smoothest possible transition to the organization's planned target, this phase concludes with the system operating in the production environment in compliance with the user requirements.
